A few weeks ago we shared with you a simple health test we find very helpful in getting a basic reading of the state of a person’s wellness. We often ask people doing our Health Eating Workshop to fill it out before and after the program so they can track results. It’s often a moment of truth when they see how their score improves just by changing their diet.
