It’s about what you eat.

Not how MUCH you eat, but WHAT you eat.

Health, weight loss, weight gain, and inflammation: are all a function of what you eat.

Why are we bringing this up? Because it’s that time once again to explore Healthy Eating, and we do that the best way we know how. With the Healthy Eating Workshop

I’ve been leading this workshop in one form or another for 23 years. Amazing to think about it.

In honor of this time, let me ask you a question: Would you like to live a long life, free of disease, with EVERYTHING working till the end of your days?

Of course you would.

Well, one of the most important things you can do to slow aging, support healing and regeneration. prevent disease and control weight is to eat the healthy diet that is best for you. Your healthy diet means avoiding the foods that do not serve you, including the foods that support you, and covering the basics of healthy eating that are true for every human being.

If this sounds like something you want, please join us in the next Healthy Eating Workshop.

We have numerous articles on this site about nutrition and food sensitivities. We have also written about how to help yourself if you have an autoimmune disorder. Much of the most powerful work you can do to relieve inflammation and reverse autoimmune problems comes from changing the way you eat, and the Healthy Eating Workshop takes you by the hand and helps you start on a diet that will serve you for the rest of your life.

Our offering of the Healthy Eating Workshop this year is a virtual class that will run for four weeks. Each week there will be educational videos released on Sunday, followed by a conference call on Wednesdays at 4pm Pacific Time. The conference calls will all be recorded and available to the members of the workshop after they occur. The first educational video will be released on Sunday, October 24, 2021 and the first conference call will be on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 4pm.

The workshop asks you to change the foods you choose to eat for a few weeks, and change can be a challenge. It is the structure of the workshop and the support of the other participants that makes the change doable, even easy.

There are some supplements used in the workshop, and these are offered at a steep discount. Some of the supplements support liver and bowel health, one of them deals with the detoxification cycle that a change in diet can produce and some of them are used to insure that there are no missing items in your nutrition during the weeks of the workshop. By ensuring complete nutrition, we prevent the cravings that everyone worries about.

The supplements come from domestic manufacturers who we’ve worked with over the years that we feel make the best products. We want to give you the best tools possible so you have the most success.

There is a $20 early-bird discount which ends at midnight on September 22, 2024. (The early -bird discount is automatically applied on the check-out page)

The Healthy Eating Workshop focuses on a diet that will increase your energy, contribute to your healing, slow aging and encourage weight loss, if that is needed. It is all about what you eat, not how much, and we do not limit portions or count calories. It is all done with real food.

We have many people who retake the course to get back on track. A common comment is, “I felt so good during the Healthy Eating Workshop, but in the weeks and months that followed, I drifted back to my old eating habits, and found my energy failing, and the aches and pains returning. I am retaking the course because I want to feel good again.”

Cheers and as always – To Your Health
