Return Policy and Warranties – Food Items, Supplements and Supplies

Food items are not returnable.

As of 3-12-2020, we have temporarily modified our policy for returns of supplements and supplies, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As of 3-12-2020. 50% of the value of any items shipped back to us, if returned within 30 days of purchase, will be applied as a credit to your account. We apologize for this inconvenience. We will go back to our old policy that allows returns when our local health department allows it.

Supplements and supplies are returnable only if unopened and undamaged. If returned within 14 days, the refund amount is 100% of the purchase price. If returned after 14 days but within the first 60 days, the refund amount is 50% of the purchase price. Items returned after 60 days are not eligible for a refund. If the original order had been eligible for and received free shipping, then the actual cost of the shipping will be deducted from any refund.

Return Policy and Warranties – Better Eye Health Program Materials

The purchaser must return the warranty card to activate the warranty on the MicroStim devices. It is acceptable for the practitioner to take responsibility for returning the warranty card. 

The Microcurrent unit and the color lamp are warrantied for one year from date of purchase against defects in manufacture. Damage from dropping, abuse or exposure to dampness or water are not warrantied. Warranty is void if there is evidence the unit has been opened or tampered with. Please contact the office if you have problems with your Microcurrent unit. (The color lamp bulb is not covered by any warranty.)

Returns of the Microcurrent unit, the headband and the supplements are accepted if the items are returned within 14 days. We will not refund for any supplements if they have been opened, or if the seals have been removed.

Charges for Dr. Miller’s services are not refundable.

Refurbished microcurrent units have the full one-year warranty, and may be returned for account credit only.

Units with the beeper module disabled have the full one-year warranty. (Obviously, these units are not returnable because the beeper is not working.)

The Visual Healing Program (VHP) materials were originated by Grace Halloran, Ph.D. We provide these materials only with their blessings. Returns of the VHP Workbook and Instructional DVD’s and the color lamp and filters must be made within 7 days of date of purchase for us to guarantee a refund. After 7 days, there is no guarantee of a refund. No refunds are possible after 30 days.

If materials for the Better Eye Health Program are returned within the times specified above, or if the enrollment in the program is cancelled, then the monies refunded will be reduced by an amount to cover payment for the time spent by Dr. Damon Miller in phone consultations, review of records and other time spent on your account. Charges for time spent by Dr. Miller are not refundable. These charges would normally be included in the cost of the full Better Eye Health Program, and are charged separately only in the event of cancellation. Billing for these charges is at the rate of $80 per 10 minute increment, or fraction thereof.

Allowed refunds that exceed $1000 will be made over 3 months, in three equal payments.

We want you to succeed, and we want you to understand that success with this program does not come quickly.  We ask everyone to commit to the program, doing the best they can, for a year. We have found that almost 100% of the people who stay with the program for one year see enough benefit to continue beyond the first year.
